The bread is amazing, which of course makes the sandwich.

Over priced bread, went on two separate occasions both times were the same result. "$20" sub it's not that great and the atmosphere wasn't that great either.

I love Dibella's but my one visit here didn't quite live up to my usual expectations. Still enjoyed my sandwich though.

We had the cheesesteak sandwich and was not in the least disappointed. The side dish of potato salad is worth trying.

Best subs in the area. Love the rolls. Always fresh! Perfect amount of meat and veggies.

Fantastic subs - had to get them to fix my order since they have me a Godfather instead of an Uncle Louie (Louis?) but the quality of the food speaks for itself.

Our favorite sandwich shop by a lot. So many specialty subs and they are fresh and delicious. They have a long list of specialty salads as well as fresh cookies and meal deals. The full size subs are about 15 inches and they do not skimp on meats or toppings. They have their own oil which is awesome. If your into a hearty Italian sub then I do recommend the Godfather. My favorite.

The guy making the sandwiches for myself and my friend was mumbling and we couldn't hear him. He also failed to put any oil on my friends sandwich and he had to keep asking what the sandwiches were repeatedly again while mumbling where we had to make him repeat himself. Just very frustrating ordering and we were in a hurry to catch a flight.

The best sub I have ever tasted. The bread was phenomenal, and they are all incredibly pleasant people that work there. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food. Love the seating too, enough room for inside and can also eat outside.

It's been a while, but the smell of the fresh baked bread and fresh veggies fill my memories. Have always had great service there, and have never been disappointed with any of their subs. The everything bread is my favorite. It's a go to choice for me. Only thing I particularly didn't care for is the bacon. I love a sub with bacon, but something about their bacon doesn't appeal to me. Personal preference. Try their cookies too. Every time I get a chance I'll get 2 subs, and several cookies. Dinner for that night and the next, and lunch for work. A cookie for deserts and one for the hour ride home. Sometimes there is a line when you walk in, but don't be discouraged. It's worth the small wait. They are extremely quick and professional about taking everyone's order.

Good food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. There are also vegetarian options, although not many. Everything is fresh and there is usually a long line, but it moves fast. Fast friendly service!

My experiences at bellas this evening- As I'm waiting in line to get a hot sub I see the The manager of the place "one with the facial piercings with black & blonde hair" in Regular clothing Tell the girl who has blonde hair that's cooking the food Something disrespectful.The girl who's cooking the food looks straight at me and starts laughing at me and say why does he keep coming back here ? I've never felt so violated & disrespected also embarrassed As if I did something wrong as all the other customer looked at me. I guess I'll just have to find a new sub spot Where I won't have to feel that way.

Their bread is baked fresh! It’s so good too and I’m not easy to please in that department! I always get the Godfather on Everything, add bacon and cheese - of course! Fresh cold cuts, you can see things cooked and made right in front of you! Staff is alway friendly, quick and efficient! Highly recommend.

The best sub i have ever had and the customer service is good.

In my opinion, always a great place for a sub., way better than subway. The money spent is equal to the value of food. The meatball sub is spicy and needs a little more sauce, of course that is my opinion. The restaurant is clean, the service counter is clean. What I could see. Yup I will go back

Trying for an old NY deli feel but still like Subway or Firehouse.

One of the best subs I have ever ordered. I happened upon this establishment, while browsing uber eats, as I don't drive a car. Now, I must say that this one of the best choices I have made, for a sub shop. Great tasting, check. Enough meat to cover the whole sub, check. Made to order, check. I will definitely order again.

Sandwich was delicious. I got the Cowboy which consists of grilled chicken, thick cut bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce. The roll was super fresh as well. With the Covid 19 virus they did a great job of keeping a safe environment. Only reason not 5 star was the price. A bit steep for a sammy!!

Ordered online at 4:15 PM for 5:15 PM pickup and didn't get my order until 6:40PM. Spent almost 1 1/2 hours waiting inside standing with others in the same situation. To compound the problem my order was wrong with stale bread and lacking the toppings ordered. Needless to say I will not patronize this establishment for quite a while.

I used to really like Jersey Mikes, until I tried DiBella’s. The subs are delicious. Ingredients appear fresh and the everything roll is so good!Staff, are very nice with the exception of one who was not, he was quite rude, which is why I didn’t give five stars.

The service was good. My first time there and I walked in not knowing where to start, thankfully a woman helped me right away and then I noticed the menu in front of my face. I have to try more subs to get a better opinion on the other wares. I ordered the Italian assorted sub it was pretty good. The place is pricey though, my sub with tiny bag of chips and a fountain drink cost me over $12. Plenty of room inside with enough places to sit.

Service was absolutely outstanding. With everything going on right now with the covid. They make sure they are doing the right things to serve you. You can call ahead to pick up or walk into the area they have set up to place the order. The sub I got was a roast beef large on sesame bread with lettuce tomatoes onions mayonnaise mustard and pepper jack cheese. Was very good the bread was fresh along with the roast beef. I would have to say if you are looking for a great sub go here for it. Thank you for the great service.

Three people ordered after me and were out the door before me. WTH? My cheesesteak sandwich had no cheese. Last order, left standing while everyone was served. Not too happy with lack of attention to my extensive order. Alot of employees, so definitely not shorthanded.

I've been patronizing DiBella sub shops for many years. After the virus lock down, I began placing an order at least once a week. The food was always good although in the current circumstances there was a small decline in quality, but this is completely understandable.Why I'm writing this now is because of what happened last week. I placed my usual order using their phone app allowed them two hours advance notice. I got a confirmation. But twenty minutes later I got a cancellation of the order. There was no explanation given, although one was promised. I'm still waiting. Surely a regular customer deserves better treatment.

I had a turkey , swiss sub with lettuce, tomato mayo, oil and vinegar and a bottle of water. I paid $16.00 for that meal! I thought the price was a little steep. The sandwich was good though.

I went to college in Rochester where the original location is, and ever since graduation I've waited for these guys to get here. It took like 13 years but it was worth the wait. The main attraction here is the in house bread, particularly the original seeded rolls. The quality of ingredients is high, service quick, prices fair, and the ambiance is cool. They pretty much copied the look of the original here. Worth a visit in spite of the tough location off Wade and Route 7.

I absolutely love this DiBellas. I am originally from Rochester, NY and this always hits the spot as a taste of home. The subs are so hearty and the bread is the best. If you want the best experience and most delicious sub, you NEED to eat here!

Great selections with multiple, excellent bread choices & delicious add-ons make for a generously portioned sub. Their medium is big enough for two!

Better than I remembered having in Chicago about 7 years ago. Decent sub love the everything roll. The meat is better quality than me sub or Subway so that's a plus. Subs are very messy to eat toppings slide out. Thought it was good.

I love the variety of subs Dibella's offers. I also love how accommodating and easy it is to order their catering. However, I was not a fan of my order not being ready when I went to go pick it up. And since it wasn't ready, I asked if they could cut each sub into thirds (to save me the time). When I was handed my order I was told that one of the workers forgot to cut it in thirds and accidentally cut it in half..... But then there was no offer to fix their mistake in any way. That was frustrating because I was accounting for a specific number of people. By cutting the sandwich in half, it impacted the number of people able to eat.

Manager Corey.. Was missing 30$ of food. Called not to complain, but to simply get a refund of the missing items. He still felt the need to argue with me about it. Usually not into writing negative reviews.. but this kid lacks experience of a "manager". oh and i'm not your "bro" bro.
